The starting point for any house renovation or new build interior design project. Perhaps, the only assistance you will need! Following an initial on-site consultation, I assemble and present a Project Concept Board to meet your agreed design brief. The main aim of a Project Concept Board is to provide a touchstone: an over-arching look and feel for a whole property's interior when works are complete. I factor in the property’s scope & setting and we discuss budget, in terms of the kinds of suppliers and retailers you might wish to source from. Your Project Concept Board or ‘mood board' will comprise collated imagery depicting the materials, textures, surface finishes, colour schemes, architectural detailing, furniture styles and fitting types that meet your design brief. A selection of materials samples to help communicate the concept visuals is also included. [Extrapolating out from this style blueprint at a later stage facilitates and guides the subsequent design of each room scheme - either carried out by yourself or with further assistance from me - whilst retaining flow and harmony throughout.] BEST FOR: Whole house renovation projects or new builds WHAT YOU GET: Our product/brand price points guide for furnishings, fabrics, flooring, wallpapers etc. A design styles prompt sheet to start you thinking about how you want your dream home to look and feel. Both are sent by email following confirmation of your booking request. Peruse at your leisure, ahead of our scheduled consultation. A 60-90 minute on-site design consultation to discuss your whole house design project and agree on an overarching look and feel, plus colours, styles and the kind of suppliers you would like to source from. Within 3 weeks of your initial design consultation, your unique Project Concept Board will be ready. I will contact you in advance to arrange a date and time to present this to you. COST: Flat rate fee: £275. Following receipt of your booking request, I will contact you by phone to confirm the date and time of your initial design consultation and send a pre-payment link. Upon receipt of payment, I will email you our product/brand price points guide and design styles prompt sheet. [On-site option only available for properties within a 50-mile radius of Henley-on-Thames, RG9 - this broadly covers West London, most of Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire]
