Service Description
Finishing touches - the fun bit! Add originality, style and soul to your room. We source vintage and new decorative accessories to meet your brief and budget and work with existing décor. Think cushions, throws, artwork, mirrors, rugs, small wall shelves, vases, planters, decorative objects, trays, candles etc. We style these on-site, on a day-to-suit. BEST FOR: Any furnished space in need of decorative accents or an accessories update. A furnished rental property requiring a unique look/stylish finishing touches. Light touch ‘home staging’ - a styling refresh before a property goes on the market. WHAT YOU GET: Our product/brand price points guide for decorative accessories to help inform your budget. Peruse at your leisure, ahead of our scheduled on-site meeting. A 60-90 minute on-site design consultation to discuss your needs and preferences, to agree on styles and price points and to set a budget and time frame. I will take reference photographs and measure up. Sourcing of all decorative accessories. Follow-up, on-site 'style & reveal' on a chosen day within 3-5 weeks (depending on project scope and sourcing needs). COST: £375-£495 flat rate fee per room (room size dependent), paid in advance. Sourced items are in addition and are charged at retail cost, plus delivery. Please note large/potentially costly or bespoke items will be submitted for client approval in advance via email. The client will pay suppliers of such items directly before the 'style & reveal' day. If pictures/mirrors/shelves need to be hung, we can help source a local tradesperson to assist. The client will pay them directly for their time. Payment for all other sourced items becomes due on the 'style & reveal' day, when you will receive a second payment link plus an itemised list of purchases with copies of all receipts. Clients may return/switch any item/s by notifying us within one week so we can effect any returns/organise replacements by post/courier. Following receipt of your initial booking request, I will contact you by phone to say a quick hello, confirm the date and time of your on-site design consultation and send a pre-payment link for the fee. Upon receipt of payment, I will email you the product/brand price points guide. [Please note this service is only available for properties within a 50-mile radius of Henley-on-Thames, RG9 - this broadly covers West London, most of Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire.]
