Service Description

I am delighted to offer hourly interior styling & design advice in 90-minute blocks, either on-site or online, at any stage of your room re-vamp. You might need a sounding board, some quick decision-making, or help with particular elements of your planned interior scheme, such as choosing between upholstery fabric options, settling on the best flooring, or artwork display ideas. On-site has the obvious benefit of us being in the room itself. I can gauge daylight levels, see the available floor space, understand any architectural constraints more easily, and see your samples or colour swatches in situ. However, many a styling or interior decorating dilemma can be solved remotely. I will follow up our online call with an emailed summary of what we discussed and any conclusions we came to, with the relevant links or supplier contact details. This ad hoc 90-minute block can also be booked for my help with sourcing or specifying. I'm happy to price up products on your behalf, create initial sketches for bespoke furniture designs, track down samples of a particular fabric style, liaise with your curtain-maker regarding window treatments, or source one-of-a-kind, vintage items. Alternatively, you may require a personal shopping service or advice and assistance when visiting retail showrooms, design shows or antiques fairs, while sourcing items for your home. Call or email with your queries regarding these services. COST: On-site advice is £125 per 90 minutes. Online advice or sourcing & specifying is £95 per 90 minutes. All three services are bookable via the website and paid in advance via a payment link. Following receipt of your booking request and payment, I will be in touch within 48 hours either by phone or email to reconfirm the date and time of the consultation, provide a Zoom link if necessary, or discuss the nature and scope of any work. Please note I also offer discounted day rates of £250 (half day) and £500 (full day) should you need help with multiple rooms on-site or wish me to accompany you to retail showrooms, design or antique fairs. This is based on either a three or six-hour day between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm with a 30-minute break for lunch. Please call or email first if you wish to discuss either option. [Please note the on-site service is only available for properties/locations within a 50-mile radius of Henley-on-Thames, RG9 - this broadly covers West London, most of Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire.]
