Service Description
All room scheme design packages include an appraisal, layout plan, elevations, built-in furniture sketches (if needed), colour scheme sample tray and furniture & lighting boards. Whether a main reception room, small home office or zoned, multi-functional space such as a kitchen/living/dining area, we can help. BEST FOR: Any room requiring complete redecoration and furnishing! WHAT YOU GET: Product/brand price points guide for surfaces, fabrics, furniture & lighting to help inform budget. Design styles prompt sheet covering colours, comfort, looks, styles and materials. 60-90 minute on-site design consultation to discuss your needs and preferences, both practical and design-related and to agree on styles and price points. I will take reference photographs and measure up. Within 4 weeks of your on-site consultation: Annotated, scaled floor plan with a suggested furniture layout plus the location of electrical points and light fittings. Scaled 2-D visuals showing each wall (elevations). Where relevant, hand-drawn sketches of any built-in furniture ideas with reference imagery (can be shared with joiners/furniture makers to inform quotations/technical drawings). Room colour scheme sample tray with assorted cuttings and samples to answer your design brief and meet the agreed budget. Each sample will be annotated with the relevant brand or retail source and include specific pricing information. Window dressing sketches are also included. 2 x product edit boards, each with curated furniture and lighting plus itemised product lists detailing the brands or retail sources and associated pricing. COST: Main Reception Rooms/Bedrooms - £995 Smaller Rooms - £795 Multi-Functional Rooms* - £1295 [*Please note detailed kitchen cabinetry layouts are not specified, as these are unique to your kitchen supplier] (50% deposit paid in advance. Balance due before dispatch of design boards). Following receipt of your initial booking request, I will contact you by phone to confirm the date and time of your on-site consultation and send a pre-payment link for the deposit. Upon receipt of payment, I will email you the product/brand price points guide and design styles prompt sheet to peruse at your leisure, before our scheduled on-site meeting. [Please note this service is only available for properties within a 50-mile radius of Henley-on-Thames, RG9 - this broadly covers West London, most of Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire.]
