Tween Bedroom Scheme For Girl

A fun and colourful tween bedroom scheme for a girl, inspired by a large-scale cherry blossom wall art hanging that the young lady in question loved and bought at a fair! We decided to go with soft grey walls to act as a foil to all the bright colours and patterns, and also so that the décor would grow with her. No doubt she may wish to swap out some of the boldly colourful decorative elements as she gets older, but without the need for complete redecoration. We painted her single four-poster bed with a fabulous Farrow & Ball paint called Paean Black - it almost has a purply tone to it. She now has a desk area, dressing area, bookshelves, and a curtained wardrobe in jaunty grey and white stripes.
